Resignation of Chairman of Borstal Parole Board Accepted

PURSUANT to section 31 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954, as substituted by section 4 of the Criminal Justice Amendment Act 1961, the Minister of Justice has accepted the resignation of
John Bryce Thomson, Esquire, Stipendiary Magistrate,
of Wellington, from his appointment as member and Chairman of the Waikato Borstal Parole Board, Invercargill Borstal Parole Board, and Waipata Borstal Parole Board with effect from 30 April 1966.
