(f) Continuous brands must repeat at not more than 24 in. centres.
5. Notwithstanding anything in the provisions of this Notice the Authority may, if it thinks fit, in special circumstances, grant dispensation from any of the foregoing provisions.
6. The provisions of this Notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
7. The previous notice published in the Gazette, 28 June 1962, is hereby revoked.

Classification of Roads in Northcote Borough
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 22nd day of May 1951† as relates to the classification of roads in Northcote Borough described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Northcote Borough Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.
