At the Government Buildings at 'Wellington this 28th day of
March 1966
Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
county road.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND REGISTRY

ALL that portion of road situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey
District, Waitemata County, North Auckland R.D., commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of part Section 71,
Waari Hamlet, 139·37 links north-west of Section 103, Waari
Hamlet, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for a
distance of approximately 270 links and terminating at the
north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 45788.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 20241 (S.O. 44929) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.

NOTICE

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted
from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood 10·8 perches more
or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 6934, being part Section
3, Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, and being part of the
land in the certificate of title, Volume 39, folio 178, Nelson
Land Registry.

B.A., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List,
Brigadiers’ List, in the rank of Brigadier. Dated 18 January

ROYAL REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY

Colonel Commandant

The appointment of Lieutenant-Colonel C. L. Walter, D.S.O.,
E.D., Retired List, as Colonel Commandant, RNZA, Northern
Military District was extended as Colonel Commandant,
RNZA, for the North Island until 15 December 1965 and
is further extended as Colonel Commandant, RNZA, for
New Zealand for a period of two years as from 16 December
1965.
