Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964

———

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964

———

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Extension of Time Within Which Report of Inquiry into the Transport of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Shall be Made

———

WHEREAS by warrant pursuant to section 5 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 21st day of December 1965*, the Minister of Transport appointed Frank Felix Reid, Esquire, Christchurch, to inquire into and report on the transport of fresh fruit and vegetables, and whereas it is desirable that the time for so reporting should be extended, the Minister of Transport hereby extends until the 31st day of May 1966 the time within which the report is required to be made.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wairoa Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Wairoa and revokes the reservation for municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie and revokes the reservation of those parts of the reserves for plantation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
