Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the

4 p.m. on the 26th day of January 1966.

Creditors are requested to forward their accounts at the

Notice of General Meeting

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Woodville Transport Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is
hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies’
Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named com-
pany will be held in the company’s registered office, McLean
Street, Woodville, on the 4th day of February 1966, at 5 p.m.,
for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing
how the winding up has been conducted and the property of
the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explana-
tion thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolu-
tion as an extraordinary resolution namely:

“That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator shall remain in the custody of the liquidator at
his office, McLean Street, Woodville, for a period of five
years from the dissolution of the company.”

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of
him. A proxy need not also be a member.

on business at Christchurch as garage proprietors; and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Christchurch on the 2nd day of February 1966, at 10 a.m.;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will

of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby
given, pursuant to section 22 (1) (c) of the Public Works
Act 1928, that the Lower Hutt City Council being a local
authority within the meaning of that Act proposes under the
provisions of the said Act and of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954, and in particular section 327 thereof, to take the
lands described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes,
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken marked T.P. 1/12/1, and thereon out-
lined in green, is deposited at the offices of the council,
Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is
there open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during
