Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Otorohanga County Council stopping the portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto.

The Mokoreta Cemetery Closing Order 1966

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excel-lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the
following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Mokoreta Cemetery Closing Order 1966.
- It is hereby directed that the Mokoreta Cemetery, being
the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed
and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of September 1966. - As from the 30th day of September 1966 the control and management of the closed Mokoreta Cemetery shall vest in the Southland County Council.
SCHEDULE
MOKORETA CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District containing 17 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 35, Block IV, Mokoreta Survey District, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 27, folio 60, Southland Registry; as shown on plan marked 191/2/483, held in the office of the Department of Health, at Wellington, and thereon edged red, which plan is a copy of Survey Plan marked S.O. 1873.

Revocation of General Court Martial Warrant Given Under
Section 6 of the Visiting Forces Act 1939

To the General Officer Commanding Land Forces, Hong Kong.
WHEREAS, I am empowered by the New Zealand Army Act 1950 to authorise and empower you from time to time and as occasion may require to convene general Courts Martial for the trial of any person subject to military law who is charged with an offence for which such person may be tried by general Court Martial and to confirm the findings and sentences of such Courts Martial, and also to authorise and empower you to delegate such of these powers as you may think fit to any officer under your command or jurisdiction not below the rank of field officer:
And whereas, by my Warrant dated the 17th day of July 1956, the power and authority as aforesaid was granted to you:
And whereas the reasons which gave rise to that Warrant no longer exist:
Now, therefore, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby cancel and revoke the said Warrant dated the 17th day of July 1956 and all Warrants issued thereunder.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 4th day of March 1966.
