Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

SECTION 27, Block VII, Mohaka Survey District, Wairoa County: Area 46 acres and 10 perches, more or less, S.O. 3488. As shown on plan No. 65/18 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of March 1966.

Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Tawa

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Tawa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1966.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·5 perches situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 19, D.P. 10265, being part Section 43, Porirua District; as the same is more particu-

larly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20169 (S.O. 26223) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in Block III, Wairarapa Survey District, Featherston County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 2nd day of November 1949, and published in Gazette, 17 November 1949, Volume III, at page 2660, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4120, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 7·4 perches situated in Block III, Wairarapa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Rural Section 159, Town of Featherston, and being also part Lot 3, Deeds Plan 445; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18671 (S.O. 23623) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of March 1966.
