Declaring an Easement in Gross Over Land Taken for Railway Purposes in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross is hereby taken for railway purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a pipe or line of pipes under, along, or over the said land and to use the said pipe or line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage through the said pipe or line of pipes, from and after the 14th day of March 1966.

Declaration That Part of the Temuka Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Temuka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
