pleased to approve the following appointments, promotion,
extension of date of retirement, transfers, and termination
of commission of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air

Appointments

Lyndon Frampton Davidge (82528) is granted a short-
service commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular
Air Force, for a period ending 8 February 1971 to be followed
by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is
appointed in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority
and effect from 9 February 1966.

Officer Cadet John Hewson Seward (79975) is granted a
short-service commission in the General Duties Branch,
Regular Air Force, for a period ending 9 January 1978 to
be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers.
He is appointed in the rank of Acting Pilot Officer, with
seniority and effect from 10 January 1966.

Appointment

Engineer Division

Lindsay Stewart Campbell (82527) is granted a short-
service commission in the Technical Branch (Engineer
Division), Regular Air Force, for a period ending 8 February
1971 to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air
Force Officers. He is appointed in the rank of Flight Lieu-
tenant, with seniority and effect from 9 February 1966.

Squadron Leader James Dermot Hurley, M.B.E. (70220)
is transferred to the Retired List “A”, with effect from 23
February 1966.

Flight Lieutenant Tom Lewis Dimmock, B.E.M. (70478) is

Warrant Officer Victor William Bean (70911) is granted
a short-service commission in the Administrative and Supply
Branch (Special Duties Division) Regular Air Force, for
a period ending 31 December 1971 to be followed by four
years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed
in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority from 1
January 1965, with effect from 1 January 1966.

The age for retirement of Flight Lieutenant Arthur Albert

with effect from 27 February 1966.

Terminations of Commissions

The commission of Pilot Officer Keith Reginald Mason is
