A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1956, and published in the Gazette, 12 July 1956, Volume II, page 915, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 15068, defining the middle line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 9, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 3d/1163), Lot 10, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 2044/27), Lot 11, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 3d/1316), Lot 12, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 4c/1474), Lot 13, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 1960/93), Lot 14, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 5d/15), Lot 15, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 5d/419), Lot 16, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 4B/758), Lot 17, D.P. 49073 (C.T. 4B/90), Lot 28, D.P. 47933 (C.T. 1902/96), Lot 29, D.P. 47933 (C.T. 1883/1); all in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 23rd day of February 1949, and published in Gazette, 24 February 1949, Volume I, page 619 and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3990, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 acres 2 roods 35·33 perches situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part of Sections 123 and 124, Hutt District, being also part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8072, and part Lot 1, on Plan A. 2134, balance certificate of title, No. B1/1331, Wellington Land Registry.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 28th day of February 1966

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5A of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 (as inserted by section 3 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act 1963), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Waitaki Electric Power District Boundary Order 1966.
- The boundaries of the Waitaki Electric Power District are hereby altered so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Mackenzie County, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station W, Block XV, Hopkins Survey District, and proceeding due east along a right line to a point distant 2 miles; thence due north along a right line to a point distant 4 miles; thence due west along a right line to a point in the middle of the Hopkins River; thence south-westerly down the middle of the Hopkins River to a point due west of the commencing point (Trig Station W); thence along a right line to the said commencing point; as the said area is more particularly shown coloured pink on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 707 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Gazette, 1965, page 439; as the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 692 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.
