Land Taken for Road in Block XV, Nukumaru Survey District,
Waitotara County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 28th day of February 1966.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Nukumaru
Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19645 (S.O. 25769) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
13th day of December 1965.

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a
Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the
use and benefit of the people of New Zealand generally.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Inglewood County Council stopping the portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Tatua Survey District, Rotorua
County, to be County Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 14th day of
February 1966
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Ohakuri Road situated in Block IV, Tatua
Survey District, commencing at the south-western corner of
Section 26 of the aforesaid Block IV and proceeding thence
in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approxi-
mately 135 chains and terminating at the northernmost corner
of Section 22 of the aforesaid Block IV; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20087
(S.O. 41692) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
