CORRIGENDUM
In the Order in Council dated the 15th day of December 1965, and published in Gazette No. 3, 27 January 1966, page 79, consenting to the raising of loans by certain local authorities, in the amount of the loan to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council, for the figure “£35,000” read “£35,500”, which last-mentioned figure appears in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
Dated at Wellington this 18th day of February 1966.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Huntly
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Huntly Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20370, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Oroua County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
