Whangarei City Operative District Planning Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 35 (3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, of the subject matter of an application in the City of Whangarei, consented to by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, under section 35 of the said Act.
Application under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, approved by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board:
Applicant: Shop Development Ltd.
Terms of Consent: To permit the company to use as a "Conditional Use" part of its land situated on the corner of Kamo Road and Kensington Avenue and being Lot 1, D.P. 54577, subject to the following conditions:
(a) That a 6 ft high screen is erected on the perimeter of the said property.
(b) That the parking area is formed in accordance with Ordinance 19 of the Whangarei City District Planning Scheme Code of Ordinances.
Pursuant To: Consent of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board dated at Wellington on 16th December 1965. Appeal No. 399/65.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the City of Auckland District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the City of Auckland, were approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 9 February 1966.
The council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on 21 February 1966, by which date certified correct copies of the scheme changes, as approved, will be deposited in the council's office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
SCHEDULE OF CHANGES
Map Amendments-
No. 140, Coronation Road-land zoned Residential B to be designated "Private Hospital".
No. 141, New Windsor Road:
(a) Commercial zone vicinity Tiverton Road to be re-zoned Residential B;
(b) Residential land occupied by shops (vicinity Maioro Street) to be re-zoned Commercial A.
No. 142, Melanesia Road East/Edmund Street-former Recreation Reserve (now designated) to be zoned Residential B.
No. 143, Khyber Pass (below Mountain Road)-land zoned Industrial B to be re-zoned Residential C.
No. 144, Kohimarama Road, near Eltham Road-land zoned Commercial A to be re-zoned Residential B.
No. 145, Dorchester Street-former Road Reserve (now designated) to be zoned Residential B.
No. 146, Symonds Street, near Glenside Crescent-land zoned Commercial C to be re-zoned Industrial B.
No. 148, Rutland Street, north side-deletion of building line (part) between Lorne Street and Wellesley Street East.

BOROUGH OF INGLEWOOD
NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Inglewood, taken on the 12th day of February 1966, on the proposal of the Inglewood Borough Council to raise a loan of Β£73,000 to be known as the Sewerage Reticulation and Extension and Sewerage Treatment Loan 1965 for the purpose of extending sewerage reticulation to serve the present unsewered portion of the borough, repairing and upgrading of the present sewerage system, the provision and construction of an adequate treatment system, and the purchase of the necessary land required for such treatment system, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was......253 The number of votes recorded against the proposal was......48 The number of informal votes was......4
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
