Colonel Douglas McKelvie Jack, E.D., M.B., C.H.B., Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Army Medical Corps, is transferred to the Active List for full-time duty as Medical Officer at the Waiouru Camp Hospital, RNZAMC, for the period 25 January 1965 to 31 January 1965 in the rank of Colonel.

Captain Anthony Malcolm Goldstein, M.B., B.S., M.R.C.S. (ENG.), L.R.C.P. (LOND.), D.M.R.T. (ENG.), Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Army Medical Corps, is transferred to the Active List for duty as Medical Officer at the annual camp of the 3rd Field Ambulance, RNZAMC, for the period 9 January 1965 to 23 January 1965, in the rank of Captain.

The appointment of Lieutenant (on prob.) M. A. Sapsford, M.B., CH.B., is confirmed on his being granted full registration as a medical practitioner on 17 June 1963.
