advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Waipa County Council stopping the portions of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

Warrant Appointing Conciliation Commissioner Under the
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

PURSUANT to section II of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward
Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
appoint
Clifford Lorrie Hunter
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the pur-
poses of the said Act; appointment to date from the 1st day
of March 1965.
