Provided that if any cargo is loaded or discharged after the usual working hours or on wharf holidays, and in the opinion of the licensee it is necessary to employ labour to stack or remove cargo in sheds consequent on the loading or discharging of such cargo, the master of such ship discharging or loading goods or cargo as aforesaid shall pay per ton on all goods or cargo discharged or loaded

STORAGE
Every person whose goods shall be stored in the shed or upon the wharf shall pay in respect of such goods and the storage thereof the following charges, that is to say:

Not exceeding 30 lb in weight, per day or part of a day
Exceeding 30 lb but not exceeding 100 lb, per day or part of a day
Exceeding 100 lb but not exceeding 5 cwt, per day or part of a day

Addition to Bylaws of Tongariro National Park
PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution was passed by the Tongariro National Park Board resolving that a further bylaw be added to the bylaws already made for Tongariro National Park as follows:
2B WHAKAPAPA MOTOR CAMP
No person shall use the cabins, buildings, or cooking, ablution, or toilet facilities or other amenities in Whakapapa Motor Camp without obtaining permission from an authorised person and observing the terms of clause (c) of Bylaw No. 2. The foregoing bylaw of the Tongariro National Park Board was approved by the National Parks Authority on 1 December 1965.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that as at the close of business on 10 December 1965, and until further notice, balances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each trading bank shall be equal to an amount which, when added to that bank’s holdings of Reserve Bank notes as disclosed in that bank’s latest available weekly return of Banking Statistics under the Statistics Act 1955, will be not less than the aggregate of: 20 per cent of that bank’s demand deposits in New Zealand plus 3 per cent of that bank’s time deposits in New Zealand (excluding wool retention deposits) as shown in the last preceding monthly return furnished by that bank in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
The balances to be maintained as aforesaid shall be exclusive of any balance held by a trading bank in its wool retention or special fund account at the Reserve Bank.
