Appointment of Customs Aerodrome and Examination Station

PURSUANT to regulation 168 of the Customs Regulations 1959,
I, Norman Leslie Shelton, Minister of Customs, do by this
Warrant appoint as a Customs aerodrome all that area in
the North Auckland Land District comprising 1,000 acres,
more or less, being part Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District,
Parish of Manurewa, known as the Auckland International
Airport and being under the control of the Auckland Regional
Authority:

And do likewise appoint as the examination station at that
Customs aerodrome the hard standing area immediately adjacent
to the passenger terminal building of the said Auckland
International Airport.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints Robert Calder Anderson to be a
member of the Waipango Public Hall Board, Southland Land
District, Wallace County, in place of William John Armstrong,
deceased, and further, increases the total number of members
of the said board from seven to nine and appoints Andrew
Thomas Armstrong and Clive William Weir as the additional
members of the board.
