Implied Right of Way Over Land in Otahuhu Borough Taken for Railway Purposes

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the implied right of way over the land described in the Schedule hereto and appurtenant to Lot 23, D.P. 8097, is hereby taken for railway purposes.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the right of way is taken: 39·97 perches.

Being the land shown as Roto Road on a plan deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland under number 8097, and thereon coloured burnt sienna, edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1965.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Arthurton to the Purposes of a Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Clutha County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land:

0 2 3·2 Part railway land in Section 7, Block XIII, Waipahi Survey District.

Situated in Clutha County (S.O. 13340).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20477, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area containing 1,598 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 36, 38, 39, and 52, Block III, and Section 3, Block IV, Hope Survey District, and Section 1, Block V, Tainui Survey District, Waimea County. As shown on plan No. 108/113, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 6370).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1965.

SECTION 49, Block VI, Clarendon Survey District, Bruce County; Area, 10 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 215/40, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 321).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1965.
