NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
——

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto.

A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the council on or before the 5th day of January 1966.

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposed under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Puni-Waiuku Road within the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of such public work and for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the said council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the 19th day of November 1965, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.
