SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1965.
  3. The fee payable by the licensee shall be 1s. payable on demand.

Revoking Licence at Te Awaii Bay

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence of 12 August 1963* authorising J. A. Perano and Co. Ltd., of Picton, to use and occupy a part of the bed of Te Awaii Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11553 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a mooring buoy as shown on the said plan, is, with the consent of the licensee, hereby revoked.

Classification of Roads in Waikato County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 1st day of June 1950† as relates to the classification of roads in Waikato County described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Waikato County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.

Roads Classified in Class Two

Cambridge-Eureka Road (from Narrows-Tauwhare Road to Scotsmans Valley Road).
Narrows-Tauwhare Road (from Platts Road to Cambridge-Eureka Road).
Platts Road.
Scotsmans Valley Road (from Cambridge-Eureka Road to a point 1 mile 35 chains measured north-easterly generally along Scotsmans Valley Road from Cambridge-Eureka Road).

Classification of Roads in Whangarei County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes the Warrants dated the 1st day of June 1950†, the 24th day of April 1961‡, and the 2nd day of December 1964§, which relate to the classification of roads in Whangarei County, and hereby approves the Whangarei County Council’s proposed classification of roads as set out in the Schedule hereto.

ALL roads under the control of the Whangarei County Council with the exception of those roads set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

Tariff Notice No. 1965/6—Review of Former Tariff Concessions

DECISIONS in respect of goods approved by the Minister of Customs under item 448 of the former Tariff, as set out in Schedule I hereto, are to be reviewed.

Persons desiring, or objecting to, the admission of any of these goods under Part II of the Tariff now in force should lodge submissions in writing on or before 4 March 1965.

Submissions, headed “448 Review”, should be prepared separately for each of the decisions listed, and addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, supported by information as to:

(a) Full details of composition and nature of the goods;
(b) Purpose for which they are to be used;
(c) Quantity and frequency of importation (in terms of actual annual requirements);
(d) Usual source of supply;

N.B.—Where goods are not of Commonwealth origin, information as to availability from Commonwealth sources should be supplied;
(e) Availability (in terms of quantity, range, supply, etc.) of suitably equivalent goods of New Zealand production or manufacture.

Failure to supply information under all or any of the foregoing headings may prejudice consideration of the submissions.
