NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Johnsonville and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the said taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking of such land, set forth in writing any objections they may wish to make to the execution of such works or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Licensing the Croisilles - French Pass - D’Urville Island Reserves Board to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Sea at Duncan’s Bay as a Site for a Jetty

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Croisilles - French Pass - D’Urville Island Reserves Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the sea at Duncan’s Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11913 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
