PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserves described in the Schedule hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Roskill in trust for recreation purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Social Security Amendment Act 1963—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 27 (5) of the Social Security Amendment Act 1963, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that Jack Murray Costello, M.B., CH.B.(N.Z.), M.R.C.P.(LOND.), M.R.A.C.P., of 82 Symonds Street, Auckland, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided for in section 27 of the Social Security Amendment Act 1963, and consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional services as if neither that Act nor the Social Security Amendment Act 1939 had been passed.
