AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 28, 1965, £28,200
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and
amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other
powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council
hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty-eight thousand two hundred
pounds (£28,200) to be known as the Redemption Loan No.
28, 1965, £28,200 which amount is proposed to be raised by
the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts
for the purpose of repaying on maturity that part of the
Motor Vehicle Testing Station Additional Loan 1955, £33,400
which matures on 28 March 1966 and the cost of raising the
loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of one twenty-seventh of one penny (⅟27th
of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis
of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland
City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that
the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the
1st day of June in each and every year during the currency
of the said loan, or until the loan is fully paid off."

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 29, 1965, £173,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and
amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other
powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council
hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of one hundred and seventy three thousand
pounds (£173,000) to be known as the Redemption Loan
No. 29, 1965, £173,000 which amount is proposed to be
raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-
mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity that
portion of the Works Loan 1952, £650,000 which matures on
28 March 1966 and the cost of raising the loan, the said
Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate
of eight twenty-sevenths of one penny (8/27ths of 1d.) in the
pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual
value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising
the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June
in each and every year during the currency of the said loan,
or until the loan is fully paid off."

WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Ohai Amenities Renewal Loan No. 3, 1965 of £4,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts in that
behalf enabling, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves
as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of £4,000 to be known as the Ohai Amen-
ties Renewal Loan No. 3, 1965 for the purpose of repaying
on maturity portion of the Ohai Amenities Loan 1952 which
matures on 31 December 1965, the Wallace County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·21 pence in
the pound on the capital value of all rateable property
in the special area of Ohai; and that such special rate
shall be annually recurring during the currency of such
and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, and until
the loan is fully paid off."
In accordance with the provisions of section 439 of the
Counties Act 1956, I hereby certify that the foregoing reso-
lution was passed at a meeting of the Wallace County Council
held on 4 November 1965.

WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan No. 3, 1965 of £1,500
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts in that
behalf enabling, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves
as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,500 to be known as the Renewal
Loan No. 3, 1965 for the purpose of repaying on maturity
portion of the Bridge Renewal Loan 1952 which matures on
31 December 1965, the Wallace County Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of 0·00103 pence in the pound
on the capital value of all rateable property in the County
of Wallace; and that such special rate shall be annually
recurring during the currency of such loan and be payable
yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year during
the currency of the loan, and until the loan is fully paid off."
In accordance with the provisions of section 439 of the
Counties Act 1956, I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Wallace County Council
held on 4 November 1965.

WAIUKU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waiuku Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on
a loan of £10,000 authorised to be raised by the Waiuku
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of meeting the cost of investigations and reports on
water, sewerage, and storm-water drainage facilities for the
borough, the said Waiuku Borough Council hereby make
a special rate of decimal point zero eight four (.084) pence
in the pound (£) upon the rateable value on the basis of the
capital value of all rateable property in the Borough of
Waiuku; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly
on 1 December and 1 June in each and every year during
the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until
such loan is fully paid off."

WAIUKU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waiuku Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on
a loan of £3,500 authorised to be raised by the Waiuku
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of renewing portions of the water mains in Colombo
Road and improving fire flows, the said Waiuku Borough
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point zero
three (.03) pence in the pound (£) upon the rateable value
on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property in
the Borough of Waiuku; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be
payable half-yearly on 1 December and 1 June in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
25 years, or until such loan is fully paid off."

HIKURANGI TOWN COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Reticulation Redemption Loan 1965, £4,950
"THAT, the sum of £4,950 be borrowed for the purpose of
paying off the said loan, that, for the purpose of providing
interest and other charges on the said loan of £4,950 the
council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2·98d.
in the £ on the rateable unimproved value of all property in
the Hikurangi Town District; and that such special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of June
and the 1st day of December in each and every year during
the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or
until the loan is fully paid off."
