Declaring Undertaking to be an Approved Undertaking

PURSUANT to section 110A of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, the Minister of Labour hereby declares the undermentioned undertaking to be an approved undertaking for the purposes of the said section:

The construction of the West Arm Power-house and Associated Works in connection with the Manapouri Power Project.

Surrender of Residence Site Licence Nelson Land District

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Mining Act 1926, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice:

RESIDENCE Site Licence, dated 20 September 1910, and registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Westport, on 22 September 1910, as No. 2999, and effecting the land in the Schedule hereto is hereby surrendered.

Declaration That Part of the Oxford Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Oxford Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

RESERVE 429 situated in Block XV, Bealey Survey District: Area, 50 acres, more or less, reserved for the use of the Constabulary of the Provincial Government and other public purposes (S.O. Plan 3070).

Reserve 1313 situated in Block XVI, Bealey Survey District: Area, 20 acres, more or less, reserved for the use of the party engaged in the repair of the West Coast Road (S.O. Plan 3070).

Part Reserve 394 situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Bealey Survey District: Area, 489 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less. As shown on plan marked L. and S. 22/1507F deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red, reserved for the uses of the provincial Government and other public purposes and particularly for the depasturing of stock when travelling (S.O.
