SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be 14 years from 1 October 1965.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).

Declaring Area Exempted From Portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby declares that, for a period of five years from the date hereof, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the Second Schedule hereto, the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto shall not be subject to regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Lake Karapiro northward of a line drawn in a 090° true direction from the point where the northern bank of the Taipa Stream meets the shore of Lake Karapiro at normal lake level, excepting:
(i) The areas of water marked off from the main body of Lake Karapiro by booms, and
(ii) The area of water north-eastward of the northernmost island of Lake Karapiro contained between a line drawn 360° true from the westernmost point, and a line drawn 090° true from the southernmost point of the said island.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE area shall be marked as follows:
- At each bank of the lake, at normal lake level, at the southern end of the area defined in the First Schedule hereto, there shall be placed a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft painted white with black letters.
- The aforesaid notice board shall contain the following notice:
"NOTICE
Motor Launch Regulations 1962
CAUTION
The area of water northward of this notice board
is a Reserved Area under regulation 14 of the
Motor Launch Regulations 1962."

Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area containing 579 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 12 and 128, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County. As shown on plan No. 102/57, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plans 4860, 10375).
