HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau and be under the control and management of the Manukau City Council.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground, Church site, marae, meeting place, building site, village site, recreation ground, spring, well, catchment area, and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Ngatihaunuiapaparangi, tribes of the surrounding districts, and visiting tribes.

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 55A of the Maori Trust Boards Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and being satisfied that an irregularity has occurred in the last election of members to the Taitokerau Maori Trust Board in respect of those divisions of the beneficiaries set out in the Schedule hereto, in that insufficient time was allowed between the date of the posting of the ballot papers and the date specified for their return, doth hereby declare the election of the members aforesaid to be invalid, and direct that a new election be held in respect of the said divisions of the beneficiaries.
