A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declare that the said land, when taken, shall vest in Alexander Robert Binnie, of Puniho, farmer.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Cape Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the interests in land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the proper development or use of the land and/or for the purpose of terminating the use thereof that does not conform to the Upper Hutt Borough District Town Planning Scheme and/or for the provision of amenities to be provided under the said scheme and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1965.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 perches situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being right of way being part Section 128, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19570 (S.O. 24368), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
(a) All existing rights of way or drainage rights whether implied by D.P. 1831 or otherwise created, to which the area containing 4·47 perches, being drainage reserve and being part Section 128, Hutt District, coloured sepia on plan, is subject.
(b) All existing rights of way over the land coloured blue on the plan on certificate of title, Volume 285, folio 118, Wellington Land Registry, whether implied by D.P. 1831 or otherwise created, to which the areas containing respectively 17·86 perches, 9·69 perches, and 0·41 of a perch, being parts Lot 15, D.P. 1831, being parts Section 128, Hutt District, coloured respectively orange; orange, edged orange; and orange, edged orange, on plan, are subject.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19570 (S.O. 24368), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and further hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Sydney Albert Hollay, of Te Awamutu, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 1084, folio 104, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1965.
