CORRIGENDUM
IN a Proclamation, dated the 30th day of July 1965 and published in Gazette, 9 September 1965, No. 50, at page 1496, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block I, Pahi Survey District, and Block X, Mapara Survey District, for the descriptions of the land secondly and thirdly described in the First Schedule, viz:

CORRIGENDUM
IN the Order in Council published in Gazette, No. 52, 16 September 1965, page 1545, consenting to the raising of loans by certain local authorities, in the name of the loan to be raised by the Waitemata Electric Power Board, for the word “Enforcement” read “Reinforcement”, which last-mentioned word appears in the Order In Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Land Taken for Harbour Improvement in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour improvement and shall vest in the Whangarei Harbour Board, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1965.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
