Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways to be State highways dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Volume I, page 384, by deleting from the Schedule to the said notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule hereto, and substituting therefor the paragraph set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH deleted from the South Island section of Part I of the Schedule to the said notice:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
SECOND SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH substituted in the South Island section of Part I of the Schedule to the said notice:

Amendment to the Rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Sharebrokers Act 1908, the Governor-General in Council, on 11 October 1965, approved the following amendment to the rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange:
AMENDMENT TO RULE
“Rule 28 of the rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange is amended by deleting the words and figures ‘31st day of October’ occurring therein and substituting therefore the words and figures ‘30th day of September.’”

Land Acquired as a Public Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the said Act as a reserve for scenic purposes to form part of the Lowry Bay Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Hutt County Council.

Lot 1, D.P. 26137, being part Section 19, Lowry Bay District, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District: Area, 11 acres 1 rood 5·5 perches, more or less.

Alteration of Boundaries: Taieri County and Mosgiel Borough: (Time and Place for Hearing Appeals)
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Local Government Commission Act 1961, it is hereby notified that the Local Government Appeal Authority has fixed 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 November 1965, as the time and the Ministerial Room, Chief Post Office, Dunedin, as the place for the hearing of the appeal by the Mosgiel Borough Council against the final scheme of the Local Government Commission dated 15 July 1965, providing for the alteration of the boundaries of Taieri County and Mosgiel Borough.
