At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day of
October 1965
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
directs that the width of the proposed access way described in
the Schedule hereto shall be more than 12 ft for parts of its
length but not more than 38 ft.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 13 11 perches situated
in the City of Wellington, and being Lot 5, D.P. 26067. Part
certificate of title, Volume 980, folio 98, Wellington Land
Registry.

Altering the Boundaries of the Wairarapa and Manawatu
Catchment Districts

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
alters the boundaries of the Wairarapa Catchment District as
constituted by Order in Council dated the 22nd day of March
1944, published in Gazette, 23 March 1944, Vol. I, page 274,
as amended by Order in Council dated the 10th day of June
1963, published in Gazette, 20 June 1963, Vol. I, page
829, by excluding from the Manawatu Catchment District the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, and by including
the said land, together with the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, in the Wairarapa Catchment District.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND excluded from the Manawatu Catchment District and
included in the Wairarapa Catchment District:
All that area in the Wellington Land District, Eketahuna
County, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western
corner of Section 14, Block XII, Puketoi Survey District, and
proceeding northerly along the western boundary of that
section, the abutment of a public road, and the western
boundaries of Sections 222 and 20, Block XII, aforesaid, to
the northern boundary of the said Section 20; thence easterly
along that boundary and generally southerly along the eastern
boundary of that section, the eastern, northern and again
eastern boundaries of Section 222, aforesaid, crossing a
public road, along a right line to and along the eastern
boundary of Section 22, Block XII, aforesaid, to the southern
boundary of that section; thence westerly along that boundary,
and the southern boundaries of Sections 15 and 14, Block XII,
aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND included in the Wairarapa Catchment District:
All that area in the Wellington Land District, Masterton,
Eketahuna, and Akitio Counties, bounded by a line commencing
at a point on the southern side of Tiraumea Road in line with
the western boundary of Section 13, Block XVI, Puketoi
Survey District, being a point on the northern boundary of the
Wairarapa Catchment District as described in Gazette, 1944,
pages 274 and 275, and proceeding generally northerly to and
along that boundary, the western boundary of Section 9,
Block XVI, aforesaid, the western, northern, and again western
boundaries of Section 12, Block XVI, aforesaid, and the
western boundary of Section 11, Block XVI, aforesaid, to the
northernmost corner of the said Section 11; thence easterly
along the northern boundaries of the said Section 11 and
Section 9, aforesaid, to the southern corner of Section 22,
Block XII, Puketoi Survey District; thence generally northerly
along the eastern boundary of that section, along a right line
to and along the eastern, northern, and again eastern
boundaries of Section 222, Block XII, aforesaid, crossing a
public road, and the eastern boundary of Section 20, Block
XII, aforesaid, to a point on a right line between Trig. Station
Table and the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 13267, in
Block IX, Owahanga Survey District; thence south-easterly
along the said right line to that corner; thence generally
northerly along the generally western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
16264, to its intersection with a right line between the said
Trig. Station Table and Trig. Station Razorback in Block IX,
Owahanga Survey District; thence generally easterly along that
line to Trig. Station Razorback, along another right line to
the easternmost corner of Section 4, Block X, Owahanga
Survey District, along the north-western and north-eastern
boundaries of Section 20, Block X, aforesaid, to a point on
the production of a right line between Trig. Station Kupukore
and the easternmost corner of Section 27, Block X, aforesaid,
and along a right line to that corner; thence generally south-
easterly along the generally western side of Spur Road,
along a right line across Loaf Road, to and along the side
of the public road forming the northern boundaries of Sections
6 and 7, Block XI, Owahanga Survey District, to the north-
eastern boundary of the said Section 7, along a right line to
Trig. Station Wig in Block XII, Owahanga Survey District,
and along another right line to the intersection of the generally
western side of Owahanga Road with the sea coast; thence
generally south-westerly along the sea coast to a point in line
with the southern boundary of Section 5, Mataikona Settle-
ment, in Block VI, Castlepoint Survey District, being a point
on the north-eastern boundary of the Wairarapa Catchment
District as described in Gazette, 1944, pages 274 and 275;
thence generally north-westerly along that boundary to the
point of commencement.

Control and Management of the Auckland City Council

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland
and be under the control and management of the Auckland
City Council.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
