S.O. Plan 26297.
Thirdly, two roods and eleven perches (2 roods 11 perches),
being part Ngatoki Block and being part of the land in certificate

Fourthly, twenty-one and seven-tenths perches (21.7

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, and the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments, notice
is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes,
under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and all other
Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to
execute a certain public work, namely, for a street at 30, 33,
and 37 Madras Street in the City of Wellington, and for the
purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said
Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the
said city and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours, and that any person
affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking
of the said land should, if he has any objection to the execution
of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
send his written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A RECREATION
GROUND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments
and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments, notice is hereby
given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the
provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain
work, namely, the construction and formation of a recreation
ground passing through or adjoining the property of Mr C. H.
Crang, being the parcel of land referred to in the Schedule
hereunder and situated on the south-eastern side of Archibald
Road and adjoining Whau River in the Kelston West County
Town portion of Waikumete Riding of the County of Waitamata, and for the purposes of such work the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Clerk of the said Council situated in the Council Chambers,
68-70 Greys Avenue, Auckland, and is open for inspection
(without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the proposal shall set forth in
writing any objections he may wish to make to the execution
of the work or to the taking of the land, not being an objection
to the amount or payment of compensation, and shall send
such written objection to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers. A public hearing of such objection will be held
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will
be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALLLOTMENT 208, Parish of Waikomiti, containing an area of
6 acres and 14 perches and being the whole of the land comprised
in certificate of title, Volume 752, folio 120.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SECURITY RATE
Railway Bridge Loan 1965, £160,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of one hundred and sixty thousand pounds (£160,000)
authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under
the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of converting the
Waikato River Railway Bridge to a vehicular and pedestrian
bridge, constructing approaches thereto and outlet to Grey
Street, including carriage ways and footways, underpass structures, and on-off ramps, and the reconstruction of existing
streets and alterations to services in connection therewith, the
said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of
one hundred and sixty-five thousandths of a penny (0.165d.)
in the pound (£) on the unimproved value of all rateable
property in the City of Hamilton; and that the special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed by the Hamilton City Council at a duly
constituted meeting held on the 6th day of October 1965.

WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING RATE
Bridges Loan 1965
"THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of £25,000 authorised to be raised by the Waimea County
Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the
purpose of erecting bridges, the said Waimea County Council
hereby makes a special rate of 0.023d. in the pound upon the
capital value of all rateable property comprising the whole
of the Waimea County; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and
shall be payable annually on the 1st day of April in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
