Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks I, II, and IV, Wyndham Survey District, Southland County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and declare that the road first and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Colin Charles James Walker, of Wyndham, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 193202 and 193203, Southland Registry; and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Norman Thomas Hunter, of Wyndham, farmer.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Samuel Knapp, of Mokoreta, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 85448, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in John Duncan McLennan, of Mokoreta, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 195630, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is closed.
