FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
—
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road being portion of Middletons Road, Hunua, within the County of Franklin and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the said council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 3rd day of February 1965, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

Both situated in Block I, Opaheke Survey District, County of Franklin, North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 32855, deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department, Auckland.

Kaitaia Borough Operative District Scheme—Proposed Modification
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Kaitaia Borough Council at a meeting held on the 27th day of January 1965, recommended that the Kaitaia Borough Operative District Scheme be modified by deleting from the scheme, the Commercial A Zones described in the Schedule hereto and shown on the approved District Planning Map deposited in the offices of the council, and the incorporation of the said lands in the adjoining residential zones.
Any person wishing to object to the said modification may do so in writing addressed to the Town Clerk on or before the 17th day of March 1965. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Every person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Change of Use
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Bruce County Council has received an application for the following change of use pursuant to section 38A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, to permit the establishing of a motor repair garage and petrol reselling industry at Section 13/14, Block III, Waihola Town.
Any person or persons objecting to or supporting the proposal must submit his or her objection in writing to the council by 4 p.m., Friday, 5 March 1965.

Amendment to District Scheme for Extention of Shopping Block College Street and Melford Road
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of council made on 17 December 1964, the zoning of 96 College Street is to be changed on the Operative District Scheme from Residential to Commercial “A”. A plan of the amendment as recommended by council has been deposited at the Municipal Chambers, the Square, and the Public Library, and is there open for inspection, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the recommended amendments to the district scheme which the council proposes to approve, may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objection to District Scheme” and lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 9 a.m., on Monday, 22 March 1965.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
