Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Taken (Subject to
a Fencing Agreement) for a Public School in the Borough
of Howick

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken (subject to the
fencing agreement contained in Transfer 68681.1) for a public
school from and after the 8th day of February 1965; and
that a storm water drainage easement is hereby taken for the
purposes of a public school over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto from and after the 8th day of February
1965 vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free
right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay,
construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew,
and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said
land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded
conveyance of storm water, such easement to be forever held
as an easement in gross; and that a storm water drainage
easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school
over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto from
and after the 8th day of February 1965 vesting in Her Majesty
the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and
authority in perpetuity to drain and discharge storm water
on to the said land described in the Third Schedule hereto
at the point marked "d" on Deposited Plan 53391, such easement
to be forever held as an easement in gross.

Declaring Land Taken for Education Purposes (Polytechnic)
in Block XVIII, Town of Dunedin, Together With a Right
of Way

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Education Purposes
(Polytechnic) from and after the 8th day of February 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 8.76 perches situated in
the Town of Dunedin being part Section 20, Block XVIII.
