Wanganui City Operative District Planning Scheme—Proposed Changes Under Section 29
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Wanganui City Council made on the dates listed below, changes have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The proposed changes relate to the following matters:
Change No. Location
24 Map Amendment: Council resolution, 6 September 1965 Zoning: Guyton Street — eastern side between Churton Street and Hatrick Street East.
25 Map Amendment: Council resolution, 4 October 1965 Zoning: Ingestre Street — Harrison Street — western corner.
26 Code of Ordinances: Council Resolution, 4 October 1965 Ordinance 2, clause 4 (2) (b) and 4 (3) (b) — conditional uses: Commercial B and B1 Zones.
Copies of the proposed changes have been deposited in the City Engineer’s office, St. Hill Street, and the Alexander (Wanganui) Public Library in accordance with section 22 (1) of the Act and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public. Objections to the proposed changes or to any part of any change shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 6 December 1965. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of District Scheme Changes
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to resolutions of the Dunedin City Council made on 26 July and 20 September 1965, changes No. 1 and No. 2 in the Dunedin District Scheme, as set out in the Schedule hereto, have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. Details of these proposals have been deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office and the City Engineer’s Office, Municipal Chambers, Dunedin, the Public Library, Moray Place, and the District Land Registrar’s Office, Dunedin, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the changes or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 5 p.m. on 25 November 1965. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections, if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
SCHEDULE
Change No. 1: Residential land fronting Helena Street and Macandrew Road and “Commercial B” land fronting Hillside Road to be designated “Proposed Public Reserve”, and land fronting Helena Street to be rezoned from “Residential” to “Commercial B”, as shown on plan.
Change No. 2: Residential land, being part Lot 7, D.P. 858, containing 26·75 perches, known as 17 Wales Street, to be designated “Public Reserve”, to be used with and form part of the Bishopscourt Reserve.

TIMARU CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Timaru City District Scheme (Washdyke Extension)
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Timaru City Council, at its meeting held on the 20th day of September 1965, resolved to prepare a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for those parts added to the city on 1 September 1965 and more particularly described in the Gazette, 26 August 1965, No. 46, page 1366.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the district as defined by section 2 of the Act is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked “Timaru City District Scheme (Washdyke Extension)” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 28th day of February 1966.
