as shown on a Survey Office plan prepared by Truebridge Associates, registered surveyors, and lodged with the Chief Surveyor at Wellington for approval, the said parcels of land being parts of Section 15, Block VII, Apiti Survey District, and being also part of the land comprised in deferred payment licence recorded in register book, Volume 603, folio 25, Wellington Registry. The said parcels of land are situate on Pohangina Valley East Road, Apiti.

The plan of the said parcels of land is deposited at the public office of the Pohangina County Council, Pohangina, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said parcels of land for roading are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any objection to the taking of the said parcels of land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) and to send such writing, within forty (40) days after the first publication of this notice, to the Pohangina County Council, Private Bag, Ashhurst. This notice was first published on the 8th day of October 1965.

Staff Housing Loan 1965, £5,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £5,000 authorised to be raised by the Manukau City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting a house thereon or purchasing land and an existing house for Council staff within the City of Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought three three pence (·0033d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the City of Manukau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £81,225 authorised to be raised by the Manukau City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting accommodation for aged persons within the City of Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought three six six pence (·0366d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the City of Manukau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 40 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Bruce County Council did, at a meeting held on the 6th day of October 1965, resolve as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £14,000 authorised to be raised by the Bruce County Council for the purpose of building or renewing bridges, the said Bruce County Council hereby makes a special rate of O·02703d. in the pound upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property of the whole of Bruce County; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and payable half-yearly as the payments fall due in each and every half year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council held on 15 September 1965.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of seven thousand five hundred pounds (£7,500) authorised to be raised by the Pukekohe Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing accommodation for aged persons, the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal nought four eight pence (0·048d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Pukekohe; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of August and the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
