Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Wiri and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Whangarei City Council and Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a war memorial to a reserve for a site for Plunket rooms.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserve be Part of the Alfredton Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as a recreation reserve and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, to form part of the Alfredton Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
