road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and
shall vest in James Murdoch Tosh and Lindsay Francis Tosh,
both of Tapanui, farmers, as tenants in common in equal
shares subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 256119,
Otago Land Registry.
