Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold
Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in
the Schedule hereto.

Taringatura Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold
Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and
declare that the said road, when so closed, shall vest in David
Bay of Ngarua, farmer, and Dorothy June Bay, his wife.
