PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
