(in voluntary liquidation), does hereby call a general meeting of the shareholders of the company to be held at the company's board-room, situate at Ketemarae Road, Normanby, at 11 a.m. on Friday, the 24th day of September 1965. The business of such meeting is to enable the liquidator to lay before such meeting his account of the winding up of the company showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.
