along the south-eastern and generally northern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 33188, to and generally north-westerly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of part Section 10s, 5s, 4s, 2s, and 1s, Puahue Settlement, to the left bank of the Mangapiko Stream, situated in Block IV, Puniu Survey District; thence generally westerly along that bank to a point in line with the generally western side of the Te Awamutu-Cambridge road, being a point on the generally south-eastern boundary of Ward 2 hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 4
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Waipa River with the production westerly of the left bank of the Mangapiko Stream, being a point on the southern boundary of Ward 1 hereinbefore described, situated in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District, and proceeding generally easterly along the said boundary to and generally south-easterly, generally north-easterly, and generally north-westerly along the boundary of the Te Awamutu Borough as described in Gazette, 1965, page 173, to and again generally easterly along the generally southern boundary of Ward 2 hereinbefore described, to and along the generally south-western boundary of Ward 3 hereinbefore described, to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 33188; thence generally south-westerly along the generally north-western boundary of the said Lot 1, Sections 2 and 4, Block V, Maungatautari Survey District, Maungatautari 4E 4, 4E 5, and part 4E 1 Blocks, to the right bank of the Mangaohoi Stream; thence generally easterly along that right bank, to and generally southerly along the generally eastern side of a public road, and that last-mentioned roadside produced to the generally south-eastern side of the Kihikihi-Arapuni road; thence generally south-westerly along that roadside and the generally south-eastern side of a public road to the right bank of the Puniu River, crossing the intervening Parawera-Wharepapa road; thence generally north-westerly along the aforesaid right bank and its production to the middle of the Waipa River; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 5
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa, Otorohanga, and Matamata Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the right bank of the Puniu River with the generally south-eastern side of a public road situated in Block XII, Puniu Survey District, being a point on the generally south-eastern boundary of Ward 4 hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally north-easterly along that boundary to and generally south-easterly along the generally south-western boundary of Ward 3 hereinbefore described to the middle of the Waikato River, being a point on the generally eastern boundary of the Te Awamutu Rabbit District as described in Gazette, 1961, page 1262; thence generally southerly along that boundary to a point in line with the generally northern boundary of Section 24, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District; thence to and generally westerly along that boundary and its production to the generally south-western side of Mangare Road, and generally north-westerly along that roadside to the easternmost corner of Section 13, Block III, of the aforesaid survey district; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 13 and 14, to and along a right line across Karaka Road, to and again south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. S. 1887, and Section 15, Block II, of the aforesaid survey district, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the generally south-western side of Aotearoa Road; thence generally north-westerly along that roadside to and generally westerly along the generally southern side of Wharepapa Road to its intersection with the right bank of the Puniu River, situated in Block II, Wharepapa Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along that right bank to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 6
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa and Otorohanga Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the generally western side of State Highway No. 3 with the right bank of the Puniu River situated in Block XI, Puniu Survey District, being a point on the generally south-western boundary of Ward 4 hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly along that boundary and the generally south-eastern boundary of Ward 5 hereinbefore described, to and generally southerly along the generally western side of Aotearoa Road to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of Section 14, Block VI, Wharepapa Survey District; thence south-westerly along that boundary and its production to the generally western side of Ngaroma Road; thence generally northerly along that roadside, to and generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of Blocks VI and V of the aforesaid survey district, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the generally western side of Paniotumotu Road situated in Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District; thence generally northerly along that roadside and its production
to the generally northern side of a public road; thence generally westerly along that roadside and its production to the generally south-eastern side of Mangatutu Road; thence generally north-westerly along that roadside and the generally south-western side of Maihihi Road, and the production of the last-mentioned side to the generally north-western side of a public road situated in Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District, crossing four intervening public roads; thence generally north-easterly along that roadside, to and generally northerly along the generally western side of Ngahape Road, and its production to the generally western side of State Highway No. 3; thence generally northerly along that side to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 7
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa and Otorohanga Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the production north-westerly of the right bank of the Puniu River with the middle of the Waipa River, situated in Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, being a point on the generally south-western boundary of Ward 4 hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly along that boundary, to and generally southerly along the generally western boundary of Ward 6 hereinbefore described, to a point in line with the generally south-western side of Maihihi Road situated in Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line across a public road, to and generally south-westerly along the generally south-eastern side of that public road, to and generally westerly along the generally southern sides of Mangaorongo Road and State Highway No. 3, crossing an intervening public road, to the intersection of the last-mentioned side with the generally northern boundary of Otorohanga Borough as described in Gazette, 1949, page 2416; thence generally westerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Waipa River situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District; thence generally northerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 8
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Otorohanga and Waitomo Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the generally southern side of State Highway No. 3 with the generally northern boundary of Otorohanga Borough as described in Gazette, 1949, page 2416, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, being a point on the generally southern boundary of Ward 7 hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally easterly along that boundary, to and generally south-easterly along the generally south-western boundary of Ward 6 hereinbefore described, to and again generally south-easterly along the generally south-western sides of Paniotumotu and Wall Roads, to the intersection with the south-western boundary of Section 8, Block XIII, Wharepapa Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line across Wall Road, to and again along the south-western boundary, aforesaid, to the middle of the Mangatutu River; thence generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Rangitoto A 26B Block, situated in Block I, Ranginui Survey District; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary, to and generally south-westerly along the generally south-eastern boundary of that block, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Rangitoto A 29B Block, crossing an intervening public road, to the intersection of that boundary with the southern boundary of Block I, aforesaid, being a point on the boundary of the Te Awamutu Rabbit District as described in Gazette, 1961, page 1262; thence generally south-westerly and north-westerly along that boundary to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 31264, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, aforesaid; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary to the northernmost corner of that lot, being a point on the boundary of the Otorohanga Borough, aforesaid; thence north-easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WARD 9
ALL that area in the South Auckland District, Otorohanga, County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Waikato River with the production easterly of the generally northern boundary of Section 24, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District, being a point on the boundaries of the Te Awamutu Rabbit District as described in Gazette, 1961, page 1262, and proceeding generally southerly and generally south-westerly along that boundary, to and generally north-westerly along the generally north-eastern boundary of Ward 8 hereinbefore described, to and generally easterly and generally northerly along the generally southern and generally eastern boundaries of Ward 6 hereinbefore described, to and generally easterly along the generally southern boundary of Ward 5 hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
