ERRATUM

In the special order made by the Wairarapa South County Council altering riding boundaries which was published in Gazette, No. 43 of 5 August 1965 at page 1267, for line No. 13 from the end of the South Riding section of the Schedule, instead of “the middle of that stream to its confluence with the Wainuioru” please read “of Section 237, Pahaoa District, in Block VI, Wainuioru”.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Franklin County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:

A. R. P. Railway land being

0 0 20·9 Part Allotment 70, Parish of Tuakau; coloured blue.

0 0 13·7 Part land in Proclamation No. 13439; coloured sepia.

Both situated in Block IV, Onewhero Survey District, Franklin County (S.O. 44607).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20356, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1965.

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Wanganui City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Situated in Block I, Ikitara Survey District, City of Wanganui (S.O. 26185).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20141, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1965.
