PAHIATUA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Departure From Operative District Scheme
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and of the regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 5th day of July 1965, has consented to a specific departure from the operative district scheme for the Borough of Pahiatua by permitting the applicant, John Joseph McKay, to subdivide the land described in the Schedule hereto into two parts, the first having an area smaller, and also a frontage shorter than the minimum provided for in the said scheme; and the second having a frontage shorter than the minimum provided for in the said scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the Borough of Pahiatua containing 20·32 perches, more or less, being part of Section 21 of Block VIII of the Mangahao S.D. and being part of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 301, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 779, folio 70, Wellington Registry.
Dated at Pahiatua this 9th day of August 1965.

WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Review of Waimea County District Planning Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, under section 30A (1A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 11 June 1965, the Waimea County District Schemes as already operative are under review and that the Council has recommended that the schemes already operative be approved, subject to the changes set out in the resolution of the above date.
A statement of the proposed changes to the operative schemes as now recommended by the Council, together with the appropriate maps, has been deposited in the public library at Wakefield and at the County Council offices, Nelson, where they are open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes in the district or in respect of any portion of the operative scheme which the Council proposes to confirm without change may be made by way of written notice in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objections to District Scheme”, and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 29 September 1965.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

TAURANGA CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL ORDER FIXING THE NUMBER OF COUNCILLORS
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 53 (2) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, that the following resolution by way of special order was passed by the Tauranga City Council at a special meeting held on 14 June 1965 and subsequently confirmed at a special meeting held on 12 July 1965.
RESOLUTION
“THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 53 (2) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves by way of special order that the Council shall consist of 11 councillors exclusive of the mayor.”

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
