RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the powers conferred by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Rabbits Act 1956, and every other power and authority it thereunto enabling, the Kyeburn Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purposes of providing for repayment of the Housing Loan 1964 for £2,700 and interest and other charges thereon, which loan was authorised to be raised by the Kyeburn Rabbit Board under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of providing housing for employees of the Board, the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·4508 of a penny per acre on all rateable property in the Kyeburn Rabbit Board; that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly from 1 April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years, or until such loan is fully paid off, whichever is the earlier.”
