Passed by Entry in the Minute Book (Under Section 362)
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Hobson Kinder Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an entry
in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1)
of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on
the 19th day of July 1965, passed a resolution for voluntary
winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-
named company will accordingly be held at the office of
Messrs Barr, Burgess, and Stewart, Public Accountants, Third
Floor, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Welling-
ton, on the 28th day of July 1965, at 11 a.m.
Business:
- Consideration of a statement of the position of the
company’s affairs and lists of creditors. - Nomination of liquidator and fixing his remuneration.
- Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of the Fairfax Dairy Factory Co. Ltd., notice is hereby
given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-
named company, held on the 21st day of July 1965, the
following special resolutions were passed by the company,
namely:
“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That George Flett Merriman, of Invercargill, public
accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company.”

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Meeting
of Creditors
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Radiata Industries Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an
entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section
362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named
company, on the 20th day of July 1965, passed the following
extraordinary resolutions:
“(1) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and
that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That John Fredrick Wilson, public accountant, be
nominated as liquidator of the company.”
Further, notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors
of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the
library, Chamber of Commerce, corner Worcester Street and
Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on Monday, 9 August 1965,
at 2.30 p.m.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
—
Rural Housing Loan 1965, £27,500
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of £27,500 authorised to be raised by the
Whakatane County Council for the purpose of recouping
its county fund account in respect of sums advanced from
the said account for the purpose of making advances to
farmers (£7,500) and of making further advances to farmers
in the terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939 (£20,000), the
said Whakatane County Council hereby makes a special
rate of one-eighth of a penny (0·125d.) in the pound upon
the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within
the County of Whakatane; and that the special rate shall
be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a
period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Whakatane County Council on Tuesday, 25 May 1965.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
—
Glenfield South Sewer Reticulation Loan 1965, £24,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the loan of £24,000 authorised to be raised by the Waitemata
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the pur-
pose of the provision of sewer reticulation in that portion of
the Glenfield County Town situate between the Kauri Glen,
scenic reserve and Pupuke Road, together with all costs
incidental thereto, the Waitemata County Council hereby
makes a special rate of 0·09d. in the (£) pound on the rateable
unimproved value of all property in the Glenfield Separate
Rating Area as defined by special order dated 27 June 1957;
and, further, resolves that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be pay-
able yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of
a resolution passed by the Waitemata County Council on 27
May 1965.

Te Atatu Sewerage Reticulation Supplementary Loan 1964,
£8,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the loan of £8,500 authorised to be raised by the Waitemata
County Council under the above-mentioned Act as a supple-
mentary loan, the principal loan being the Te Atatu Sewerage
Loan 1962, £220,000, the Waitemata County Council hereby
makes a special rate of 0·032d. in the pound on the rateable
unimproved value of all rateable property within the Te Atatu
Riding; and further, resolves that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and
be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

15 July 1965.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
the loan of £227,000 authorised to be raised by the Waitemata
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of the provision of sewer reticulation in the Massey
area of the Waitakere Riding, together with all costs incidental
thereto, the Waitemata County Council hereby makes a special
rate of 3·35d. in the pound on the rateable unimproved value
of all rateable property within the Waitakere Riding No. 1
Urban Drainage Area defined by special order made on the
2nd day of July 1964; and, further, resolves that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and it be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a
period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
