Revocation of Appointment of Ohai Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Ohai Domain Board as published in Gazette, 8 December 1960, Vol. III, page 1923, and appoints the Wallace County Council to be the Ohai Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Revocation of Appointment of Ngawha Hot Springs Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Ngawha Hot Springs Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 3 July 1958, Volume II, page 876, and appoints the Bay of Islands County Council to be the Ngawha Hot Springs Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Pursuant to the Penal Institutions Act 1954, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Penal Institutions Notice (No. 3) 1965.

2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a prison to be known as the Rangitikei Prison.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, County of Rangitikei, containing 10 acres 3 roods, more or less, being part Sections 43 and 65, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District; as shown on the plan marked J7/15/38, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Justice, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 19938).
