NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
PURSUANT TO SECTION 39 OF THE
PARTNERSHIP ACT 1908

TAKE notice as from the 1st day of June 1965 the farming
partnership between Hector Alfred Geange, formerly of Queen
Street East, Levin, farmer, but now of Parker Avenue,
Levin, retired, and of Barry Wyndham Knox Geange, of
Queen Street East, Levin, farmer, has been finally dissolved.

Dated at Levin this 19th day of July 1965.

NEW LYNN BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

NOTICE is given that the following resolution was passed at
a meeting of the New Lynn Borough Council held on the
14th day of July 1965:

That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
the New Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of £300,000 authorised to be raised by
the New Lynn Borough Council under the above-mentioned
Act for the purpose of constructing streets, footpaths, kerb-
ing and channelling, and storm-water drainage within the
borough, the said New Lynn Borough Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of two decimal six two five pence
(2·625d.) in the pound (£), on the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in
the Borough of New Lynn; and that such special rate shall
be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such
loan and be payable on the 1st day of August in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period
of twenty (20) years, or until such loan is fully paid off.”

BAY OF ISLANDS HARBOUR BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
the Bay of Islands Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of £162,000 authorised to be raised by the Bay
of Islands Harbour Board under the above-mentioned Act for
the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Bay
of Islands Harbour Board Loan 1953, £198,000, which matures
on 16 May 1965, the said Bay of Islands Harbour Board
hereby makes a special rate upon the rateable property in
the Bay of Islands Harbour Board District comprising the
Counties of Mangonui, Hokianga, Whangaroa, and Bay of
Islands, and the Boroughs of Kaitaia and Kaikohe, the
special rate to be a rate the product of which does not
exceed the product of:

(a) A rate of thirteen-sixteenths of a penny in the pound
upon the unimproved value as at the 31st day of
March 1952 of all rateable property in the County
of Mangonui and the Borough of Kaitaia;

(b) A rate of one penny and one half-penny in the pound
upon the unimproved value as at the 31st day of
March 1952 of all rateable property in the Counties
of Hokianga and Whangaroa;

(c) A rate of twopence and one-sixteenth of a penny
in the pound upon the unimproved value as at
31st day of March 1952 of all rateable property
in the County of Bay of Islands, the Borough of
Kaikohe and the Town District of Kawakawa;

and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly
on the 1st day of December and the 1st day of June in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing is
a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a meet-
ing of the Bay of Islands Harbour Board held at Opua on the
1st day of July 1965.

OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Waihi and Waihi Beach Depots Loan 1964, £8,000

NOTICE is hereby given that at an ordinary meeting of the
Ohinemuri County Council, held on the 14th day of July
1965, the following resolution was passed:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual loan charges
on a loan of £8,000 authorised to be raised by the Ohinemuri
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of renewing the county depots at Waihi and Waihi
Beach, the said Ohinemuri County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0·088d. in the pound upon the rateable value
(on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property
in the County of Ohinemuri; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and shall be payable yearly on the 7th day of September
in each and every year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan 1965, £50,000

NOTICE is hereby given that at an ordinary meeting of the
Ohinemuri County Council, held on the 14th day of July
1965, the following resolution was passed:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £50,000 authorised to be raised by the Ohinemuri
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the
Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Ohinemuri County Council
hereby makes a special rate of 0·497 pence in the pound
(on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property in the County of Ohinemuri, excluding the Waihi
Beach County Town; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and shall be payable yearly on the 7th day of September in
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WAITOMO ELECTRIC POWER BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Renewal Loan 1965 of £11,000

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 as amended by the 1959 and 1961 Amendment Acts,
the Waitomo Electric Power Board hereby resolves as
follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
renewal loan of £11,000 authorised to be raised by the
Waitomo Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned
Act for the purpose of refinancing that portion of a loan
of £19,000 being an issue of the General Extension Loan
1955 of £30,000 which matured on 1 June 1965, the said
Waitomo Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate
of two twenty-fifths of one penny (2⁄25d.) in the pound (£)
upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value)
of all rateable property in the Waitomo Electric Power
District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be
payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Opunake Sewerage Loan 1964, £75,000

amendments thereto, the Egmont County Council hereby
resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £75,000 authorised to be raised by the Egmont
County Council by the above-mentioned Act for the purpose
of sewerage reticulation and sea outfall for a special area of
