Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby agrees that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Herbert Alexander Fenn, of Napier, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 99751, is hereby taken for State housing purposes from and after the 26th day of July 1965.
