Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Dannevirke County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Blenheim Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Blenheim of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto and, further revokes the reservation for river protection purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Control of Wellington Free Kindergarten Training Centre

Pursuant to the Kindergarten Regulations 1959, the Minister of Education hereby directs that, for the three-year period from 1 July 1965, the Wellington Free Kindergarten Association shall cease to exercise control over the Wellington Free Kindergarten Training Centre and that the control shall pass to the Wellington Free Kindergarten Regional Council of Management.
